- **Condition:** Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- **Refunds:** Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- **Exchanges:** We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us if you need an exchange.
- **Shipping costs:** Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
